The bag filter is composed of controller, control valve, electromagnetic pulse valve, spray pipe, airbag and protection device. The controller is an important control device of the pulse bag filter. Customers can adjust its pulse period and pulse width to ensure the normal operation of the dust collector. The quality of the controller is related to the dust removal effect of the dust collector. Control valves are used to open and close or switch air paths. The electric pulse instrument uses a solenoid valve, which is the control valve of the injection system of the electric pulse bag filter.

Upper chamber: The bag filter is mainly composed of an upper cover plate and a static air outlet. Small pulse bag filter generally adopts single-layer cover plate, and large pulse bag filter generally adopts double-layer cover plate. The dust collector is in a negative pressure state, the sealing surface is tight, and the sealing effect is good.

Middle chamber: The bag filter is mainly composed of a flower plate, a dust filter bag, a filter bag holder and a Venturi tube. The dust filter bag is ideally matched with the flower plate, the filter bag will not leak when it is working, and it is convenient and quick to disassemble. The dust removal rack is made of carbon steel with a smooth surface and no burrs. It is made of self-assembly lines, and all welding points and melting points are very strong. The dust removal frame can be galvanized, plastic sprayed and silicone treated according to the customer's working conditions.

Lower chmaber: The bag filter is composed of air inlet, outriggers, ash discharge device and inspection door. The ash discharge device can be correctly selected according to technical parameters such as dust capacity, weight, temperature and pressure of the outlet material, viscosity, and corrosion.

Ash spraying system:

Control unit: The bag filter is controlled by the micro computer algorithm, the function of the control unit is to control the parameters of the bag filter, for example the air volume, the spray period, open and close of the solenoid valve, etc.

What is difference between bag filter and cyclone dust collector?

In terms of the performance of the dust collector, the dust removal efficiency of the bag filter is better than that of the cyclone dust collector. The dust removal efficiency of the bag filter can reach 99.99%, and the cyclone dust collector generally does not exceed 95%. From the perspective of the final dust removal effect, the bag filter has an advantage.

The operating temperature is different: the temperature range of the cyclone tube is very wide, and it can be used under the working condition of more than 300 degrees Celsius, while the bag filter cannot be used under ultra-high temperature due to the limitation of the material of the bag. Sometimes they are used in combination. For example, in the biomass power generation industry, the effect of flue gas dust removal is generally better after cyclone first-stage dust removal.
