Tongli stacker and reclaimer structure

Stacker: Tongli stacker is a large machine used to stack or pile bulk materials in a specific order. In a cement plant, the stacker is used to arrange the various raw materials in layers, typically in a cone-shaped pattern, on a stockpile. This ensures that the materials are evenly distributed and can be easily retrieved when needed for the cement production process. Reclaimer: Tongli reclaimer is another heavy machine used to retrieve bulk materials from a stockpile. What is cement grinding plant?

A cement grinding plant, also known as a cement mill or cement ball mill, is a facility used to grind clinker (the hard nodular clinker produced by sintering aluminosilicate and limestone raw materials) into a fine powder known as cement. The cement produced from this process is one of the most widely used construction materials in the world.

The main purpose of a cement grinding plant is to grind the clinker and other additives into a suitable particle size distribution to produce cement. The process involves feeding the clinker and additives into the mill, where they are ground together to form the desired fineness. The additives can include materials like gypsum, limestone, fly ash, slag, or other supplementary cementitious materials, which are used to enhance the properties of the final cement product.

The grinding process in a cement grinding plant typically involves a ball mill, which is a rotating cylinder containing steel balls that grind the clinker and additives into the desired fineness. The grinding action crushes the clinker particles, resulting in the formation of cement particles of various sizes. The ground cement is then collected in a separator, which sorts the particles based on size, allowing the fine cement particles to be separated from the coarser ones.

After the grinding process, the cement is transported to storage silos, where it can be stored until it's ready for packaging and distribution. The resulting cement can be used in various construction applications, such as making concrete, mortar, and other building materials.
