In comparison to conventional edge transmission ball mill, the centre transmission ball mill transmission system and cylinder parts located in the same parallel axis. The mill is composed by motor, hydraulic coupler, reducer, cylinder parts, bearings, inlet and outlet and so on.
The centre transmission ball mill has good energy saving effect, compared to the traditional edge transmission ball mill with the gear transmission, it reduces the middle transmission links, so the transmission efficiency is greatly increased. Adopts hydraulic coupler to realize the mill stages starter, with the remarkable energy-saving results. In addition uses a large-scale hard-toothed surface reducer, relative to the the gear transmission of the traditional edge transmission ball mill, with high transmission efficiency and low noise, the heat loss is lesser, also reduces the energy consumption.
